Malta-based crypto-brokerage Instacoins is pleased to announce two important additions to its Management Team. Dr Ursula Farrugia has been appointed Head of Legal and Ms Christine Seychell as Head of Payments & Risk.

CEO Jean Paul Bonnici says the appointments fall in-line with the company’s overall mission to remain constantly up to date with ongoing developments in the crypto-world, following the growth experienced in the start-up’s first year in operation.

Dr Farrugia is a lawyer specialised in Financial Services and FinTech. She read for a Doctorate of Laws at the University of Malta and was conferred a Masters in Financial Services in 2016. Dr Farrugia is a member of the Chamber of Advocates and the Institute for Financial Services Practitioners (IFSP) and Head of Legal at Instacoins Ltd.

Ms Seychell is a payments professional who throughout her career, worked closely with renowned banks, PSPs and merchants in managing their risk and assist their clientele. She read for an MBA with University of Malta and is now heading the Payments & Risk at Instacoins Ltd.
